If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, ie if the shirt, accessory or gift has a measurement or quality fault and is not as you specified, we're sorry to hear that, please in the first instance contact us at email@example.com or phone us on 028 955 820 38 and we will discuss your concerns. As per our terms and conditions you must give us the opportunity to fix the problem; to do that simply return the item to us in its original unused condition within 28 days of receipt.
Returned items should be unused and unworn and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will also be happy to exchange the item.
Goods will only be accepted for return if they are returned within 28 days of delivery unless we have notified you otherwise.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
Please also note we will refund an item if it is faulty, after a thorough check of the item. Please allow 7 working days for a refund to be processed.
